In order to prevent certain clients from failing to cancel their booking, thus preventing other people from having the opportunity to come and enjoy the experience we offer at alkostat, we have adopted a new booking system with credit card verification.
To make a booking, it is mandatory to accept these terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy.
BOOKING CONDITIONS AT ALKOSTAT
At the time of making the booking request, and in order to guarantee it, debit / credit card details will be requested.
Your table will NOT be confirmed until you receive the e-mail that states so.
If there is no availability for the requested date, you can sign up for the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as possible if there is any cancellation.

We only accept bookings up to 2 months in advance.
We recommend that you inform us of any type of allergy, intolerance, or dietary preference, so that we can adapt as much as possible to your needs.
If you are coming with children and/or a stroller, please click on “add a comment” and let us know.
The booking entitles you to attend and dine on the date, at the time, and with the number of guests indicated in the booking.
You may make changes to an already confirmed booking with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the date of the booking. The booking change will always be subject to restaurant availability. Our booking protocol requires confirmation. For this reason, the phone number you provide must be a real phone number, complete and valid, where we can contact you from Spain. Likewise, we need a valid email address where we can send your booking confirmation and contact you for other reasons if necessary.
Punctuality is very important so that you can enjoy the best possible experience.
Bookings are not nominal and may be transferred to other people, who will likewise be subject to acceptance of these booking conditions and the cancellation policy.
ALKOSTAT CANCELLATION POLICY
The day before the booking date, the restaurant will contact the client by e-mail and/or SMS to confirm the table. If no reply and/or confirmation is received before 24 h, the booking will be cancelled and the client will be charged 50 euros per guest to the debit / credit card provided.
A cancellation will have no charge for the client as long as it is made with 24 hours’ notice before the reserved date.
If the booking has been confirmed and the guest does not show up on the indicated date and time, a charge of 50 euros per guest will be made to the debit / credit card provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The menu made available by alkostat to its clients in digital format does not necessarily match in full what will be served on the day of your booking, since market conditions and/or other force majeure reasons may make this impossible. Nevertheless, the menu format will essentially match what is indicated.
