In 1998, we first opened the doors of our home (at abrevadero, followed by alkimia and, later, alkostat, not forgetting vivanda) with a very simple, yet ambitious goal: to offer honest, contemporary Catalan cuisine and to cook as well as we knew how. For almost three decades, we have had the privilege of being part of countless special moments, always with the intention of making you feel at home and bringing happiness to every plate.

Now we bring all this experience, our way of understanding cuisine and our passion for taking care of every detail to your most special occasions.

For us, an event is much more than a meal. It is a story that deserves to be told with sensitivity, authenticity and cuisine that has the power to move. That is why we will be there from the very first contact to the final toast, with a committed team making sure everything turns out just as you imagined it, or even better.

The sexiest Catalan cuisine

This new project is also a way of bringing the essence of our home wherever you choose to celebrate. An essence built around Catalan cuisine, a tradition we have studied, loved and reinterpreted over all these years to show that it can be delicious, full of flavour, sexy and thoroughly contemporary.

We believe in local produce, in respecting the recipes that have shaped who we are, and in the creativity needed to keep surprising. The result is a gastronomic proposal that explores the past, present and future of Catalan cuisine. Your most special event is ours too.
